OPERATING SINCE 2006
Katipatch was opened in 2006 as a specialist patchwork and quilting boutique to offer an unparalleled service to patchworkers and quilters in Katikati and New Zealand. Carol Biesiek started KatiPatch after a long period as a patchworker and quilter. She started patchwork and quilting after attending a class when she lived in Sydney. Katipatch is for destination shoppers. If we don’t have what you want, we are happy to search the world for you.

KatiPatch only stocks the best quality fabrics and accessories, believing that it is important to offer only the things we would use in our projects. Considering the amount of time spent making an item, we wouldn’t want to see a project fall apart because of second-grade fabrics or threads.
