1. Lucky draw is valid for DMC 117 stranded cotton purchases made from 1st September 2016 through 30th November 2016.
2. Get one lucky draw entry form when you purchase 12 skeins of DMC stranded cotton at one time.
3. Complete your details on the entry form and attach your receipt of purchase.
4. Remove all top bands from the DMC skeins you purchased and place in an envelope along with the lucky draw form and receipt of purchase then post to the address on the form.
5. Consumers can enter as many times as they wish to increase their chances of winning.
6. All entries must be received by Thursday 8th December 2016.
7. Draw will be made on Friday 9th December 2016. Winner will receive their prize before Christmas 2016.
8. Entries that do not fulfill the conditions will be disqualified.
